About the Hartford Hub

The Hartford Hub’s presence extends to the towns of Hartford, Norwich, Lebanon, Sharon, Strafford, Thetford, and Windsor. Hub members’ work focuses on skill sharing and education, increasing food access, and caring for our land.

By coming together, we aim to weave strong, reciprocal connections that promote food systems resilience in our home.

The Hartford Hub is part of the Upper Valley Resilience Network, a broader coalition stewarded by Vital Communities that supports existing and emerging local food systems work, particularly grassroots, volunteer efforts that could use additional resources and knowledge sharing to bolster their efforts.
